It’s been a long and exciting journey from humble beginnings for everyone involved with Improve USA, Inc. Improve was established as a result of a mission to help provide jobs for the people of Mexico in the early 1990s. Jesse Garcia, the company’s president and COO, had been doing business between the U.S. and Mexico for nearly 15 years, and had a vision of creating a new enterprise. On one of his trips through Mexico he encountered a group of farmers who were subsidized by the Mexican government to grow Aloe Vera. The problem was the group lacked marketing and promotional support. Jesse, along with his brother Florentino, saw the opportunity to lend a helping hand and started Improve of Mexico.

The pieces of the business came together in 1995 when the Garcia Brothers and Jay Spann, CEO, incorporated Improve USA to supply Aloe raw materials to the supplement, functional food, nutritional beverage, and personal care industries. Today the company has grown to approximately 300 employees operating three processing facilities in Mexico and a sales and marketing office in DeSoto, TX.
The people of Improve have always been our most important asset. Our company culture promotes positive customer driven results. From the start we have made sure to provide a safe and productive atmosphere for our employees to work in. We do many things differently than other companies including providing meals for our employees at no charge. Our great team is educated to understand the overall goals of our processing as well as each specific step. While many of the formulas we use to process our pure Aloe Vera products are proprietary, they all follow demanding Quality Control standards and record keeping to assure our customers get the purest, highest quality Aloe Vera available anywhere in the world. Like all Quality companies we continue to train and cross train, getting our people involved in the process to constantly, “Improve”.
